Jack Schwager’s books were among the first Jay purchased as he began his investing journey. Jack’s Wizard Series and A Complete Guide to the Futures Market are definitive works. And he’s written many others.
Trained as a fundamental analyst, Jack now considers himself a technical analyst, anathema, perhaps, to those firmly rooted in the fundamentals camp. Still, he sees a place for fundamental analysis and gives us an overview of both perspectives and when they’re most useful.
Jack’s current project is FundSeeder which aims to discover talented new traders and link them with investors.
In today’s episode you’ll learn:
- About Jack’s books and why many are considered classics
- About fundamental and technical analysis and the tension between the two schools of thought
- About patterns and formations in charts
- About futures
- About the two sides of FundSeeder
